It's about a 12km drive to Kelowna's City Park and Waterfront Park beaches. It takes about 20-40 minutes by car (depending on time of day), about 50 minutes by bus, and about 60 minutes by bicycle. Once John Hindle Drive opens, the beach should be accessible within a 15-minute drive.

Yes! The UBCO Bus Exchange is just a short 5-10 minute walk from Academy Hill.
