It's about 950-1250m to the various UBCO buildings or about a 10-15 minute walk.
How long does it take to get to the beach?
It's about a 12km drive to Kelowna's City Park and Waterfront Park beaches. It takes about 15-25 minutes by car (depending on time of day), about 50 minutes by bus, and about 60 minutes by bicycle.
Is public transportation available from the area?
Yes! The UBCO Bus Exchange is just a short 10-15 minute walk from U SIX.
What parking is available at U SIX?
U SIX features underground parking for residence occupants. Tenants should confirm parking availability with their landlord. There is no street parking, however, the complex does have ample visitor parking on site.
Are pets allowed at U SIX?
University students like pets too! Strata bylaws (subject to change) most likely will allow for two cats or one dog per residence; however, many landlords do now allow pets. Tenants should confirm that pets are allowed with their landlord.
